For the third year, we are pleased to bring you Neurodiversity Awareness Week Malta! This year's event aims to provide both local and international perspectives on neurodiversity through a Maltese lens.

Self-regulation is the ability to manage attention, emotions, and behaviour in changing environments. Erika’s talk explores how self-regulation affects neurodivergent employees and entrepreneurs working in startups and digital innovation. The session highlights how strong self-regulation supports innovation, adaptability, sustainability and productivity.

Gold Fish Who Won is Jamie’s talk on overcoming barriers and simplifying support for neurodivergent talent. He challenges traditional KPIs and introduces trauma-informed approaches that create more realistic expectations in startups and digital innovation. The session shows how rethinking performance can improve outcomes for teams and entrepreneurs.

Mandy will share practical strategies and processes for supporting neurodivergent staff. Drawing on her experience as an HR professional, she will present real-world solutions for HR teams and solo entrepreneurs in startups and digital innovation. The session focuses on actionable approaches that strengthen inclusion and performance.
